Jason Dohring has joined the cast of the Sarah Jessica Parker-produced comedy "Washingtonienne." "Washingtonienne," loosely based on Jessica Cutler's book, follows the lives of three young women working as congressional staffers in Washington. Dohring, who also starred on "Veronica Mars," will play a legislative aide in the Senate office where lead character Jackie (Rachael Taylor) works, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Emmy nominee Kate Burton ("Grey's Anatomy") has also come aboard the show, playing the senator's beleaguered personal assistant.
